Tiny
Belinda and Tiny
Growing up 40 years ago in an abusive household I didn't have many friends but I had my dog. She was only 6 weeks old when my father adopted her from our local pound. A very small weakling of a pup it was decided her name would be Tiny. She was given to my brother and I to take care of and eventually she was my total responsibility. Tiny became my constant companion, we took long walks when the house became explosive ,she took cover and hid with me under a big Magnolia tree many times when it was bad but most importantly she licked my tears and fears away. Tiny taught me responsibility ,about caring for another, she taught me patience and most of all she taught me about unconditional love. I'll never forget her.
